Cafe Oshei is committed to providing quality beverages and positive experiences. Because our products and services are prepared fresh and often provided at live events or pop-ups, the following refund policy applies.

 

Beverage & Product Sales

All beverage and food sales are final.

Due to the nature of freshly prepared items:

• We do not offer refunds on completed food or beverage purchases.

• If there is an issue with your order, please notify us at the time of service, and we will do our best to correct it.

Your satisfaction matters, and we are always happy to remake a drink if something isn’t right during service.

 

Event & Catering Services

Refunds for private events or catering services are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

In general:

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

• Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may be eligible for partial refunds or rescheduling, depending on circumstances

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds

Specific event terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

 

Pop-Ups & Markets

Pop-up events are subject to weather, venue conditions, and availability. Cafe Oshei is not responsible for event cancellations beyond our control.
